What does the $99 website-only option include?

A completed static website delivered as downloadable files plus a hosting handoff. The buyer supplies and pays for hosting, and no subscription is required.

What does the managed option cost?

Managed service is $99 setup plus $99 per month, or $999 per year after the same $99 setup fee.

Is a links page included with managed service?

Yes. A links page is included with managed service with no extra $15 charge.

Can I buy the standalone links page now?

No. The standalone links page has a $15/month target and is forthcoming. Reusable branding, reusable links, basic forms, and portal editing are not implemented and the product is not available for purchase yet.

Do you offer landing pages?

Landing pages may be requested through intake, but scope and price are pending and will be confirmed before work begins.

Who pays for website-only hosting?

The buyer supplies and pays for hosting. WFLabs provides the downloadable static files and a hosting handoff.

Can I cancel the monthly managed service?

Yes. Monthly managed service may be cancelled. Managed hosting ends after the paid service period.

Can I take a managed website somewhere else?

Request the static site files then in use before service ends. Managed databases, credentials, third-party licenses, and additional migration work are excluded or separately scoped.

Do you guarantee leads, sales, or search rankings?

No. WFLabs provides website infrastructure and practical optimization foundations, but does not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, uninterrupted availability, or third-party acceptance.
